Already a customer, or buying decisions? Email support@securestartkit.com. We reply within one business day on weekdays. Include your order email, the page you were on, and what you expected to happen.

Before emailing, check the documentation and the blog for the architectural decisions behind the template, and the glossary for terminology used throughout the codebase.

Security disclosures

If you've found a security issue in SecureStartKit or on this site, email support@securestartkit.com with "Security disclosure" in the subject. Include steps to reproduce, the affected route or file, and the impact you observed.

We treat security reports as the highest priority queue. Please do not file a public GitHub issue for a vulnerability; private email gets a patch shipped sooner and protects existing customers in the window between disclosure and fix.

Mailing address

SecureStartKit is operated by a solo developer. We do not maintain a public mailing address. For everything except legal notices, email is the correct channel. For legal notices, email support@securestartkit.com with "Legal notice" in the subject.
